Someone PLEASE help! I can't get any of my college I deleted all of my Microsoft apps twice and re-downloaded them to no avail and I'm truly out of options here. I had to find the Normal.dotm template to drag to my desktop to fix it, and that didn't work either. I also saw something written somewhere that said My computer had three different files that each had a different combo of letters and numbers at the end. It told me I needed to find the and files in my computer and drag them to my desktop (I haveДЄ 2019 Apple Macbook Air) to get the files to fix themselves and it didn't work. I've only been able to find one YouTube video up-to-date and it didn't help. Left corner and is almost flush with the page.
